1. SEO Questionnaire

This is a series of questions you’ll answer before I begin your SEO project. These questions are designed to provide me with a more in-depth look at your business and helps me understand your target audience.

2. Keyword Research

Before I begin implementing SEO on your site, I use Google Keyword Planner to cultivate a list of high ranking keywords related to your business and target audience.

3. On-Site SEO Implementation

You’ll add me as a Contributor to your website. I’ll go though all of your primary website pages and inject keywords throughout your site including meta title descriptions, page descriptions, image meta data, url slugs, headlines, etc.

4. Image Optimization

I’ll also pull all images from your site and optimize their size. I’ll then re-upload all images to your site with metadata based on keyword research.

5. Blogging Strategy

I’ll cultivate a list of SEO-friendly blog post topics. I’ll also show you how to write SEO-friendly blog posts. This will include how to title posts, creating URL slugs, optimizing images, creating headlines and formatting.

6. Google Search Console

I’ll set you up with Google Search Console and show you how to submit your sitemap to Google and index your website pages.

7. SEO Strategy Moving Forward

Finally, I’ll provide you will a personalized document outlining exactly what you need to do moving forward in order to grow your traffic and maintain the SEO that I’ve implemented.

  • It typically takes a few weeks for us to complete the SEO service on your site. We will keep you updated throughout the entire process. You are always welcome to ask me questions when needed, even after the project is complete.

  • It typically takes 2-3 months before your site begins ranking higher for targeted keywords. Note that this also depends on how competitive your industry is, how consistently you publish new blog posts and how committed you remain to maintaining your site’s SEO.

  • You’ll need to commit to a consistent blogging schedule. I will also provide you with instructions for maintaining SEO. This includes techniques to follow every time you update your website (add an image, create a new page, etc…)

  • 50% of the total project rate is due upfront to secure your build slot. The remainder is due upon project completion.
